Highly alkaline, low-foaming, chlorine-free liquid detergent indicated for the removal of organic residues in CIP recycling washing plants. The alkalinity given by the presence of caustic soda gives CIP DETERGENTE NA the ability to solubilise fat and protein residues, transforming them by chemical reaction into soaps, easily removed from surfaces with the final rinse. It is therefore ideal for the dairy and food industries in general. The special mix of sequestering agents allows it to be used even in the presence of medium-hardness water, inhibiting the salts' precipitation.
