ALLMATIC
ALLMATIC is a highly-alkaline, low-foam liquid detergent, chlorine-free, suitable for the removal of organic residue in CIP systems.Particularly suitable for mechanical washing, it degreases deeply, dissolving organic residue typically found in dairy industries and food industries in general. It quickly and easily removes fatty, protein etc. substances without producing foam; thanks to the addition of sequestrants it can also be used with particularly hard water, inhibiting the settling of salts which constitute the hardness. These properties render weekly descaling operations unnecessary, leaving them to be carried out occasionally in case of necessity (single product).
