DITA 31 CONC GRILL
The carbonized dirt anchored to the surfaces is difficult to be removed without using products with high degreasing power. DITA 31 CONC GRILL is a highly effective decarbonizing detergent for the cleaning of cooking plates, cooking moulds, ovens and hobs. Formulated with high alkalinity, it contains non-ionic surfactants with high degreasing power and a strong wetting effect that make it particularly suitable to remove the most dirty tenacious coats of dirt. Specific for the removal of carbonized residues, old coats of dried grease and fats anchored to the surfaces. Ideal for kitchens, hotels, restaurants, pastry ovens and delicatessen.
