CM CIP
A strongly alkaline, low-foaming, chlorine-free liquid detergent suitable for the removal of organic residue from CIP systems. It degreases deeply, dissolving organic residue typically found in dairy industries and food industries in general. Easily removes greasy, proteinic substances etc. without the formation of foam. The particular blend of sequestrants means it can also be used with particularly hard water, inhibiting the settling of salts which constitute water hardness. These properties render weekly descaling operations unnecessary, leaving them to be carried out occasionally in case of necessity (SINGLE PRODUCT).
