CIP MATIC
CIP MATIC is a highly-alkaline, low-foam liquid detergent,chlorine-free, suitable for the removal of organic and non-organic residue in CIP systems. Particularly suitable for mechanical washing in the food industry sector, it de-greases deeply, dissolving organic residue typically found in dairy industriesand food industries in general. It quickly and easily removes fatty,protein substances etc. without producing foam. Thanks to the addition of sequestrants it can also be used with particularly hardwater, inhibiting the settling of salts which constitutewater hardness. These properties render unnecessary weekly descaling operations, which can be carried out occasionally in cases of particular necessity.
